Hours of operation
We are open from 9-5:30 PM Monday through Thursday. We are in on Fridays, however we do not ship or accept pick ups.
Location
We are located at 4980 Bordentown Avenue Old Bridge, NJ 08857. All our goods get shipped out of this facility.
Samples
We receive many requests for samples. Samples are not always available for specific items and if so, we can not provide customer with specific sizes and colors. We charge for samples.
Shipping
We ship with Fedex and UPS ground service. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges. We ship Monday through Thursdays provided that the goods are in stock. We do not guarantee shipping times. For larger orders, it may be beneficial to ship via truck, for which we will gladly quote you prices. You are also welcome to pick up your order from our NJ facility, however you need to call in advance (732-254-7400). No pickups available between the hours of 1-2 PM.
Shipping charges
We calculate shipping charges by carton weight and customer zip code.
Shipping destinations:
We ship to the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We do not ship via USPS. We do not ship internationally, although for large orders we can ship to your freight forwarder in the USA.
Return Policy
We give customer 2 weeks to inspect the goods for any manufacturer defects on first quality merchandise. You must call in advance and get a return authorization or your return will be refused.
We do not accept returns on old goods, faded goods, washed and worn goods or goods embellished in any way (screen printed, embroidered, tie dyed, etc). Please inspect your goods before embellishing them. We do not accept returns on IRR merchandise.
By ordering online or calling in orders to our fulfillment center, you understand and accept our Return Policy and Terms of Agreement.
What are IRR's
Although most of the goods we sell are first quality, occassionally we come across a "deal" that is Irr. Irrs are merchandise that did not pass the inspection of being classified as first quality. They can have a minor defect (most of the time not visible to the consumer), however in most cases the label will be cut or will have a line through it. It can be a great deal for you.
