Return Policy

 

We give the customer 2 weeks to inspect the goods for any manufacturer defects on first quality merchandise. You must call in advance and get a return authorization or your return will be refused.

 

We do not accept returns on old goods, faded goods, washed and worn goods or goods embellished in any way (screen printed, embroidered, tie dyed, etc). Please inspect your goods before embellishing them. We do not accept returns on IRR merchandise.

 

By ordering online or calling in orders to our fulfillment center, you understand and accept our Return Policy and Terms of Agreement.

 

What are IRR's?

 

Although most of the goods we sell are first quality, occasionally we come across a "deal" that is IRR. IRRs are merchandise that did not pass the inspection of being classified as first quality. They can have a minor defect (most of the time not visible to the consumer), however in most cases the label will be cut or will have a line through it. It can be a great deal for you.
